Welcome to Transfer Tea

Transfer Tea began as a podcast in the summer of 2020 after Ariana was accepted into Stanford as transfer student. Since then, Ariana has mentored hundreds of students who are hoping to transfer schools, and has had the opportunity to learn from many other successful transfer students at schools across the United States. What is Transfer Tea?

Transfer Tea, this website, is your one-stop shop for all things related to transferring colleges. Whether you're a community college trying to navigate the cc and transfer world, or a four-year student hoping to transfer to a different university, Transfer Tea has something for you. My goal is to remove the biggest barrier to transferring: a lack of resources. That's why this site and Transfer Tea's social media profiles are full of free guides, videos, and resource lists to help answer your questions about the college transfer process.  

How to Navigate the Site

This site is split by types of posts. I've created curated guides to help you with a variety of topics related to transferring. You can scroll through the page or use the search bar to find posts that might be more relevant to you. I've also put together pages of resources from all over the internet so that you don't need to hunt for webpages. I also have taken some time to consolidate some of the content from Transfer Tea's socials onto these pages so that you have everything in one place. These are organized by category (such as school type), and are also search-able.

The final page of the site, mentorship, is something I am really excited about. I have already had the privilege of mentoring hundreds of students over the past four years, and have been able to watch them transfer to amazing schools (CSUs, Privates, and UCs). I finally have the ability to offer this mentorship in various packages to anyone interested. There are 1:1 sessions, as well as bundles for specific school transfer pathways and even essay support.
